n\u00e1klad\u016f. To se dnes <\/span><b>nej\u010dast\u011bji \u0159e\u0161\u00ed st\u00edn\u011bn\u00edm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ide\u00e1ln\u011b u\u017e ve f\u00e1zi n\u00e1vrhu \u2013 a dob\u0159e tedy kombinace r\u016fzn\u00fdch energetick\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed od zateplen\u00ed, p\u0159es v\u00fdm\u011bnu oken a\u017e instalaci vlastn\u00edch tepeln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f \u010di zdroj\u016f elekt\u0159iny.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Komplexn\u00ed renovace d\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed smysl ne\u017e d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed kroky<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Komplexn\u00ed renovace p\u0159edstavil architekt <\/span><b>Martin Stark <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a jeho poznatky z praxe jsou A p\u0159edstavili i stru\u010dnou p\u0159\u00edru\u010dku, jak k tomu p\u0159istoupit v praxi:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Oslovte konzultanta nebo dodavatelskou firmu<\/strong> pro posouzen\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed. \u00davodn\u00ed konzultace jsou zpravidla zdarma.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Oslovte aktivn\u00ed sousedy<\/strong> a z\u00edskejte tak prvn\u00ed podporovatele my\u0161lenky.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Zajist\u011bte prohl\u00eddku domu<\/strong> &#8211; Nakonec ale byli velmi spokojeni s firmou <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ac-heating.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AC Heating<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Slo\u017eit\u00e9 vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed s tepl\u00e1rnou (dlouh\u00e9 v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fty) kv\u016fli odpojen\u00ed od CZT, kter\u00e9 ale nakonec dob\u0159e dopadlo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Od roku 2025 i FVE na st\u0159e\u0161e s bateri\u00ed pro pokryt\u00ed spot\u0159eby tepeln\u00e9ho \u010derpadla.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady:<\/span><b> 2,65 mil.
