Duben 2026 \u2013 energetick\u00fd poradce<\/h2><p>Prvn\u00edm krokem je n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bva\u00a0<strong>certifikovan\u00e9ho energetick\u00e9ho poradce<\/strong>\u00a0z nov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b specialist\u016f.<br \/>Poradce odborn\u011b posoud\u00ed stav domu a navrhne vhodn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p><h2>2. Renova\u010dn\u00ed pas budovy<\/h2><p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b anal\u00fdzy vznikne\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.enerkom-plzensko.cz\/index.php\/renovacni-pasy\/\"><strong>Renova\u010dn\u00ed pas<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u2013 dokument, kter\u00fd stanov\u00ed:<\/p><ul><li><p>doporu\u010den\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed (nap\u0159. zateplen\u00ed, okna, fotovoltaika)<\/p><\/li><li><p>jejich efektivitu<\/p><\/li><li><p>postup renovace<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Pro\u00a0<strong>zraniteln\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti bude zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed renova\u010dn\u00edho pasu zdarma.<\/strong><\/p><h2>3. \u010cerven 2026 \u2013 technick\u00e1 kontrola SF\u017dP<\/h2><p>S renova\u010dn\u00edm pasem a projektovou dokumentac\u00ed se pod\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dost o\u00a0<strong>posouzen\u00ed n\u00e1roku<\/strong>\u00a0na St\u00e1tn\u00edm fondu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<br \/>Fond ov\u011b\u0159\u00ed, zda projekt spl\u0148uje technick\u00e9 podm\u00ednky programu.<\/p><h2>4. Z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2026 \u2013 \u00fav\u011br v bance<\/h2><p>Teprve po schv\u00e1len\u00ed projektu je mo\u017en\u00e9 po\u017e\u00e1dat o \u00fav\u011br u zapojen\u00e9 banky nebo stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny.<\/p><p>V\u00fdsledkem je\u00a0<strong>bez\u00faro\u010dn\u00fd \u00fav\u011br<\/strong>, u kter\u00e9ho st\u00e1t po celou dobu spl\u00e1cen\u00ed\u00a0<strong>hrad\u00ed \u00faroky<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9:<\/strong><br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.enerkom-plzensko.cz\/index.php\/renovacni-pasy\/\">Renova\u010dn\u00ed pas<\/a> nen\u00ed jen doporu\u010den\u00ed.
