pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fdch investic do renovace domu a t\u0159eba i pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed dokument pro hodnocen\u00ed budovy<\/h2><p><strong>Pr\u016fkaz energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti budovy (PENB)<\/strong>\u00a0je dokument vy\u017eadovan\u00fd z\u00e1konem \u010d. 406\/2000 Sb. o hospoda\u0159en\u00ed energi\u00ed.<\/p><p>PENB hodnot\u00ed\u00a0<strong>aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed energetickou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost budovy<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 tedy kolik energie d\u016fm spot\u0159ebuje na:<\/p><ul><li><p>vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed<\/p><\/li><li><p>oh\u0159ev vody<\/p><\/li><li><p>v\u011btr\u00e1n\u00ed<\/p><\/li><li><p>chlazen\u00ed<\/p><\/li><li><p>osv\u011btlen\u00ed<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>V\u00fdsledkem je\u00a0<strong>energetick\u00e1 t\u0159\u00edda budovy (A\u2013G)<\/strong>\u00a0podobn\u011b jako u spot\u0159ebi\u010d\u016f.<\/p><p>PENB je nutn\u00fd nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i:<\/p><ul><li><p>prodeji bytu<\/p><\/li><li><p>pron\u00e1jmu bytu<\/p><\/li><li><p>rekonstrukci budovy<\/p><\/li><li><p>a tak\u00e9\u00a0<strong>po uplynut\u00ed jeho desetilet\u00e9 platnosti u bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Pokud tedy va\u0161emu SVJ pr\u016fkaz po 10 letech kon\u010d\u00ed,\u00a0<strong>nov\u00fd PENB je st\u00e1le z\u00e1konnou povinnost\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z evropsk\u00e9 sm\u011brnice\u00a0<strong>EPBD IV<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Na rozd\u00edl od PENB, kter\u00fd hodnot\u00ed\u00a0<strong>stav budovy dnes<\/strong>, je renova\u010dn\u00ed pas\u00a0<strong>dlouhodob\u00fd pl\u00e1n renovace<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Jeho c\u00edlem je uk\u00e1zat:<\/p><ul><li><p>jak postupn\u011b modernizovat d\u016fm<\/p><\/li><li><p>jak\u00e9 kroky realizovat a v jak\u00e9m po\u0159ad\u00ed<\/p><\/li><li><p>jak d\u016fm postupn\u011b p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit\u00a0<strong>n\u00edzkoemisn\u00edmu standardu<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Typicky m\u016f\u017ee obsahovat pl\u00e1n renovace na\u00a0<strong>15\u201320 let<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>Pro\u010d se nevyplat\u00ed \u010dekat je nutn\u00e9 m\u00edt aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed PENB?<\/h2><p>\u010cesk\u00e1 legislativa zat\u00edm vy\u017eaduje jako z\u00e1kladn\u00ed dokument\u00a0<strong>PENB<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Renova\u010dn\u00ed pas se teprve postupn\u011b zav\u00e1d\u00ed a zat\u00edm\u00a0<strong>nen\u00ed n\u00e1hradou z\u00e1konn\u00e9 povinnosti<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Pokud tedy va\u0161emu SVJ kon\u010d\u00ed platnost syst\u00e9m do budoucna vyv\u00edjet?<\/h1><p>Do budoucna o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me, \u017ee oba dokumenty budou <strong>vz\u00e1jemn\u011b propojen\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p><p>P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 dotac\u00ed,<\/p><\/li><li><p>PENB projde modernizac\u00ed metodiky a hodnocen\u00ed,<\/p><\/li><li><p>oba dokumenty budou spole\u010dn\u011b slou\u017eit jako podklad pro pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed renovac\u00ed budov.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h1>Doporu\u010den\u00ed pro SVJ<\/h1><p>Pokud v\u00e1\u0161 bytov\u00fd d\u016fm pl\u00e1nuje v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed modernizaci, nap\u0159\u00edklad:<\/p><ul><li><p>zateplen\u00ed domu<\/p><\/li><li><p>v\u00fdm\u011bnu oken<\/p><\/li><li><p>instalaci fotovoltaiky<\/p><\/li><li><p>modernizaci zdroje tepla<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>doporu\u010dujeme poptat\u00a0<strong>PENB s variantn\u00edm n\u00e1vrhem energetick\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Energetick\u00fd specialista tak p\u0159iprav\u00ed dokument, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt\u00a0<strong>z\u00e1kladem pro budouc\u00ed renova\u010dn\u00ed pas<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Jakmile bude syst\u00e9m renova\u010dn\u00edch
